When will I receive my order?

All confirmed orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 1 - 12 hours from time confirming.

Then we distribute it for delivery as the following:

Delivery to main cities: 1 - 5 business days.
Delivery to the rest of the cities: 2 - 9 business days.

How long does it take shipping company to take my return shipment?

Shipping company normally contacts you within 2 - 5 workdays from your return request date. Sometimes they are a bit late. The return process can take up to two weeks until it is completed.

Time depends on the customer's city.
