Delivery Policy: 

All confirmed orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 1 - 12 hours from the time confirming.

Then we distribute it for delivery as the following:

• Delivery to main cities: 1 - 5 business days.
• Delivery to the rest of the cities: 2 - 9 business days.

Shipping fees will be added to orders under 399 SAR. And you will get FREE SHIPPING for orders above 399 SAR

The shipping fee is not refundable if the order is returned in full.

Please note that in the case you got free shipping and make a return or replacement and the subtotal of your order is less than the free shipping limit, a shipping fee will be added to your first order as it did not qualify for the free shipping offer.
